. Why do I need a website?
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule.

. Can a small business benefit from having a web site?
Definitely! A web site is a massive opportunity to promote your business and demonstrate your products and services. No business is too small to benefit from the advantages of having a website or selling goods and services online.

. How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

. How much will it cost?
Our basic 'Startup Package' (see what's next page for details), is available for £199. However if you require a more advanced and complex site, then the cost will vary depending on size, amount of pages, complex images or flash content and scale of content provided by you.

. What content do I need to supply to you?
Your website will represent you/your business, therefore the content you want to display to visitors, are the images and information identifiable to you. You will want to include any images relevant to your type of business and information such as: contact details, brief company description and details of products/services you have to offer (large volumes of text are very useful for getting better ratings in places such as Google.) Your site is an extension of any other advertising media you may have.

. What is a domain name?
Domain names are the World Wide Web associated name for your company/business (i.e. www.mycompanyname.co.uk). A name relevant to the topic of your business is always a good idea, for better search engine optimisation.

. What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a type of Internet hosting service that provides users with online systems for storing information, images, video, or other content accessible via the World Wide Web. You pay just one annual fee to have your site accessible on the Internet 24/7, 365 days a year. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by website owners.

. Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
You can, but some features that you might like in your new site, may not be available with your particular Web Host (e.g. Java, html Scripts.) We do recommend that you encorporate your new site with our Standard Web Hosting Company, to maximise potential compatibility.

. We need our existing site redesigned - can you help?
Yes we can! We can redesign/modify existing sites, however due to many website programs available all which vary in design methods, and the sometimes labour intensive design technicques used by the previous designer, we do sometimes recommend that it will be much quicker and cost effective for both parties, to redo the site from scratch.
